Best Bind Systems has used the trade mark Eurowire™ since the start of Best Bind operations in 2004. Best Bind’s right to the use of the trade mark and the right to use the a similarly named website, was recently challenged by a company with a similar name, but registered some time AFTER Best Bind had established the use of the trade mark. The tribunal found in favour of Best Bind and established Best Bind’s right to the use of the trade mark Eurowire™.
